Conservatory Underfloor Heating

One of the primary concerns for all of our customers is that their conservatory can be used all year round. Building a new conservatory or glass extension is a large investment, so it's important that you and your family get as much use as possible from it.

Thankfully, modern conservatories are no longer cold in the winter and hot in the summer. High-tech glass helps to deflect the heat of the sun in the summer and keeps warmth in during the winter, and combined with modern underfloor heating, your new conservatory will remain comfortable even in the harshest of weather.

Underfloor heating is the most comfortable form of heating for conservatories because it is largely radiant, giving a more consistent distribution of warmth. It is also completely unobtrusive, giving an average of 15% more usable space in a standard conservatory. It is completely safe, more hygienic than radiators, and it is also a lot more energy efficient.

Crendon Conservatories recommend underfloor heating for all of our projects - we're happy to discuss the costs and benefits with you in more detail if you're considering having a new conservatory or glass extension built, or if you want to update your existing conservatory to make it more usable during the winter months.
