Mr and Mrs Stoyle came to us in June 2014 looking to create an additional downstairs living area.
Wanting to blend in with the stone feature of the original property, we designed a unit incorporating stone piers to the corners which linked seamlessly into the host building. With large windows to all elevations and a fully glazed roof area, a light and airy feel was achieved.
Mr and Mrs Buckingham came to us from Naphill at the beginning of 2014 looking to change the appearance of the back of their property.
Their previous standing conservatory was a hardwood Victorian style, with a hardwood pergola which they wanted to change to a slick aluminium modern glass extension.
A steel structure had to be used to hold the vast roof and to carry the weight above the bi-folding doors.
In early 2014, Mr and Mrs Beaumont came to us looking to create a useable living space out the back of their property.
They already had a conservatory but it could only be used at certain times of the year; too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.
As their first conservatory was rather dated, after many discussions Mr and Mrs Beaumont decided to go with a more modern approach. To create the WOW factor at the rear of the house, the latest products from Ultraframe were used.
Mr and Mrs Joseph came to us at the beginning of 2014 looking to create an extra living space for their growing family.
As the main style of the house included UPVC, they wanted to continue this theme into the extension. We came up with a design which would not only suit their needs of space but also blend in with the current property.
The client contacted us in late 2013 with a requirement to build a large glass extension onto their home in Wingrave, Buckinghamshire.
Their home is a bungalow with a modern style, which overlooks a lovely garden and has stunning views across the Chiltern hills. After initial consultation, we decided on a large glass extension to maximise the space available and to make the most of the surrounding vista. This would be complimented by a new patio with ample room for seating or entertaining.
Mr & Mrs White contacted us in the summer of 2013 and asked us to build them a stylish and practical extension to their home in Thame.
After consultation with our design and planning team, we decided to build a ‘Livin Room’ style extension which would have full-width bi folding doors, creating a practical indoor living space with the doors closed, and an elegant summer room with the doors open.
Mr & Mrs Cummings contacted us in Autumn 2013 with a requirement to replace an existing structure on the rear of their home in Stone (Aylesbury).
After consultation with our design and planning team, they decided to go with one of our ‘Livin Room’ style extensions with an Edwardian style roof.
The new structure would provide a sizeable extension to their home, with the ‘Livin Room’ feel making it seem more a part of the home that just an ordinary conservatory.
Mr & Mrs Lynch contacted us in the Autumn 2013 with a requirement to extend their beautiful home in Gerrards Cross by adding on one of our Loggia/Livin Room style extensions.
The new living space would be as much an improvement of their outdoor living space, as it would be an extension of their indoor living space, with aluminium sliding doors opening almost the full width of the rear of their house.
Mr & Mrs Goodliff came to us in February 2013 looking for a room which was different from the norm, and one that they could use all year round.
Their original view was that a conservatory would be nothing more than a white UPVC glass box, but after spending some time talking over their options with us, their views changed and they decided upon a cross over extension with powder coated aluminium, which would give them that originality they desired, and also a place where they could really spend time at all times of the year.
